All orders are processed quickly during business days, typically within 2-4 hours of receiving your order. Our efficient processing ensures your order is prepared and ready for delivery as soon as possible. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for delivery.

Important: Your order timing affects delivery schedule but does not affect your order price. All shipping rates remain the same regardless of when you place your order.

Greater Accra Region

Standard Delivery - ₵45

  • Same day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM
  • Next business day delivery for orders placed after 12:00 PM
  • Available to all areas within Greater Accra
  • Processing time: 2-4 hours during business days

Express Delivery - ₵60

  • Same day delivery regardless of order time
  • Available for orders placed any time during business hours
  • Perfect for urgent deliveries
  • Processing time: 2-4 hours during business days

Nationwide Delivery (Outside Greater Accra)

Nationwide Shipping - ₵80

  • 2-3 business days delivery
  • Available to all regions across Ghana
  • Reliable nationwide coverage
  • Processing time: 2-4 hours during business days

Time-Based Delivery Schedule

Important: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will affect your delivery timing but not your shipping cost:

  • Before 12:00 PM: Same day delivery (Greater Accra with standard shipping)
  • After 12:00 PM: Next business day delivery (Greater Accra with standard shipping)
  • Express delivery: Same day delivery regardless of order time (Greater Accra only)
  • Pricing: All shipping rates remain the same regardless of order timing

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and is out for delivery, you will receive confirmation via SMS and email with delivery details. Our delivery team will contact you directly to coordinate the best delivery time that works for your schedule.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Someone must be available to receive the package at the delivery address
  • Valid identification may be required upon delivery
  • We will attempt delivery twice before returning items to our warehouse
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for remote locations
